HEAD COACH & FOUNDER
To me, health and fitness is more than just training and nutrition. The component that most people miss is working on their mind and I will always say; the money and time I have invested into personal development work will always be the best decision I ever made. And thats why TWT clients get next level results.
Since 2016, I have certainly changed, as an athlete and as a coach. But all experiences has lead me to the person I am today and allows me to be a greater coach for my clients.
One of those experiences was losing my cycle… twice. One post pill and the other from a competition prep. Going through this experience lead me down the path of women’s health where I found my passion in helping women achieve their goals without sacrificing their health, improve their relationship with food and regain their cycle. I know what it’s like to be on this journey, not having any answers and feeling lonely and/or unsupported - my goal is to change that.
Between the years of 2018-2022 I was a competitive bikini bodybuilder where I most recently placed 2nd at a national level for IFBB pro league.
Health is one of my highest values and my approach is holistic where I consider all aspects of fitness, mindset and nutrition. That’s how you get to be your most confident, healthy & happy self.
